April 18th Day of the Army

The 29th of Farvardin (April 18th) serves as a reminder of the wisdom and insight of the late Imam Khomeini in establishing and strengthening the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army against the adversaries of our homeland. This day was designated by the Imam as the "Day of the Army."

Over time, as the country has navigated the challenges of the sacred defense and maintained the territorial integrity and independence of our homeland, the effects of this wisdom have become evident. The sacrifices and dedication of the combatants and commanders of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Army have brought pride and strength to our beloved country and the grateful people of Islamic Iran.

29th of Farvardin marks the day of honoring the proud Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, recognized as the guardian of security and peace across the borders of Iran and a guarantor of stability throughout the region. Congratulations to the brave members of Iran’s Army on this occasion.
